The seat is wrong, the exhaust is wrong, the eagle has flown the coop, the plow is not correct for this tractor nor is it made by Case.

Other than that, it looks to be very straight. It would make for an easy restoration and the asking price is very reasonable at the moment. It's what you would want to pay for such a tractor. After all, look at what Dan Haas wants for his fully restored tractor.

I agree that those damn yellow seats are annoying to see on Case tractors but with 5 million John Deere lawn and garden tractors having been built....what do you expect?

Here in Canada, they show up at Princess Auto all the time and I bet that TSC in the USA has them, along with other suppliers. Sometimes, they are the most inexpensive replacement seat available.

There are plenty of tractor owners out there who just don't care about seat color. If it's cheap, they'll buy it and stick it on.
