Per instructions I will start a new thread as the previous one is almost 2 years old. Had same name except the -2. Had to stop the project due to health issues, that are not completely resolved but finally will allow me to return to this project. So, I removed the TCV, took it apart, identified all the missing parts and acquired them. Now beginning to assemble it. The travel control spool is fine. The Auxilliary spool has me guessing on how to set it. I'm guessing that the detent shaft compressing the spring needs to be centered where the two ball bearings of the cover go when the cover is bolted down. Opinions? Pictures attached.
