210 Question - Is This Factory Paint?

I have half an eye on this 210 - I was wondering if this is factory paint. I'm thinking not, but wanted to ask. Looks very clean.

The rims should be power white. The body looks like it could be correct, it's hard to be sure when looking at a photo because every camera renders colors a little different. It has the flared hood, didn't the black frame models have flared hoods? The P.I.N. would nail down the year so you could know for sure what the colors should be.
