Parts diagrams have wiring layout. Owner's manuals have the same, with addition of color call outs. Different ones for different build periods and engines.

The wiring layouts and color codes are really helpful. I guess where I struggle, is understanding the internal circuit design of the PTO switch. Is it a DPDT switch?

Don’t want to assume too much with the key switch. In the “on” position, is everything energized except the starter solenoid?

Everything on the tractor is working, it’s just looking a little rough.
