444 Demo in Kentucky

This is the second time this package has appeared on C/L. Apparently, not finding a buyer the first time around has taught this Seller nothing.
He's looking for serious Buyers but in my opinion, he's not remotely close to being a serious Seller. There is no information about the tractors. Do they run? Probably not. Aside from the tractors, he has a bunch of dubious implements like that cumbersome set of dual disc harrows that must be towed from place to place. What a PITA.
Other than the two tractors, the rest of the stuff looks like scrap metal. So, where is the $2500.00 in value? Do you see it? I know, let's ask Mikey. :sidelaugh:
When I see a listing like this, it makes me run in the opposite direction because my gut tells me that I would be trying to deal with some yahoo that doesn't know his ass from his elbow about what he's trying to sell.
If you don't believe me, call him up yourself and ask him how he arrived at his asking price. Let us know how you made out. :thumbsup:

Looks like a couple old lawn mowers to me. I bet he was thinking $250 or $500 not $2500
One must have a 3pt. I noticed a back blade in the goodie bag and one of them isnt backed up to the junk pile all the way

The only item that had any real value was the 444 BK. The only person who would place value on a 444BK would be a Case collector. Most Case collectors belong to forums and they know that an old 444BK isn't worth anywhere near $2500.00. The balance of the junk with that package won't make up the difference between the real value of the BK and the asking price. The last BK I saw on e-Bay brought $750.00 and it was running. That was just last summer. That other 444 in the package was worth $300.00 tops as a parts tractor and the rest of the junk would not add up to $300.00 at auction on a good day.
So, either he found himself someone who has no clue about values or........we will see this package surface for a third time.
