I talked to the seller a few days ago and he claimed to have a serious buyer lined up. The only thing that was questionable on the tractor was the 3 point hitch. He told me that it came from a different tractor, that it was not installed on the 646 and then asked me how the hydraulics are hooked up. I wondered if the 3 point was from a 200/400 series or possibly a complete different brand of tractor.

Other than that, it sounded like a great tractor.

Funny, I have a 3 point from a 644 that was thrown in with my splitter/Hydracutter purchase.

I have a feeling this was the same tractor from an earlier ad in the same area, so it either didn't sell first time, or the buyer has flipped it.
