**RARE OPPORTUNITY/MINI CASE LOADER/BACKHOE** - $6500 (Ham Lake)

Hello, I am selling my rare 1983 CASE 648 Utility tractor WITH loader and backhoe. Onan 18 horse Industrial motor. Fully hydraulic including steering. Backhoe,loader and tractor run and work great with full power. All parts are still available for this machine through Case/Ingersoll . I am selling to purchase a lawnmower. I have done extensive research on this machine and though very hard to find ( probably cause the owners never let them go ) I did find a couple and they were going for 5 grand all broken down with bad motors. To part out I seen the backhoes going for $4000 and the loaders for $2000.. To replace this with a new one including backhoe and loader your looking at 20 grand. This is the 648 which this has the power steering and bigger motor, not the 646 from earlier yrs. Very desirable machine for trenching and hole diggin. I am looking to have this gone soon hence the price so please feel free to call or e-mail back and I will return messages as soon as I can. Asking 6500 OBO but don't think this will last long as it is very rare and one cool machine. PIC BELOW
