Steps I would follow:

1.) remove set screw
2.) soak with Liquid Wrench (tested better than Kroil) and allow to set awhile
3.) Grind down and use puller.
4.) add heat

It looks like the housing is unbolted from the pump. Maybe put some wedges between the pump and housing to push the housing and lovejoy off the shaft.

yeah I’ve tried that. Unfortunately I haven’t had much luck

Have you tried heat? Expanding the lovejoy with a torch should loosen it up.
