I see that there is tapped hole ( 1/8th npt) on the oil filter adapter.
Any reason I can`t utilize this for an oil press gauge or idiot light ?
Seems straightforward to me, but I`ve been wrong so many times I thought I`d ask.

the port can be used for both.
some even add a murphy switch.(oil press. must be confirmed, to get voltage to the coil.
