Thanks to all who have been helping me with my 644 drivability issues (especially Hydrive), we are almost there.

I figured this was the one place that might appreciate the before and after photo's.

first pic is when I got it home.
Second pic is after a quick paint job, fabricated a panel for below the dash as well as a weight box cover. (wheels and bucket are next)

Nice. So what are the spikes on front of the bucket for? Picking up bails of hay?

Those are manure tines.

If you have never had the pleasure of working a loader in wet, sticky, slippery cow or horse manure, then you just haven't lived. :sidelaugh: :sidelaugh: :sidelaugh:

Three minutes in the manure pile with a plain edge bucket and you would quickly understand the importance of those tines.

Yes, the previous owner used this tractor for hauling hay.

Cleanup made big difference in that tractor good job. Right pedal looks to close to foot rest may be just in photo pedal arm is stop by foot rest up and down travel.
