The 190 tractor, along with all of the other 100 series made between 1965 and 1968, are well past their Best Before Date. Parts are now nearly impossible to find for a number of reasons.
My suggestion is that he look for someone local to make him a new axle and then once that is done, restore the tractor back to original and use it for parades and shows.
