I just picked up a 646LBH and the serial number tag is gone.From looking in parts book I believe it is a B series. Does anyone know if they were stamped anwhere else.

Don't know if this applies, but it is a start.
I have a 91 Ingersoll 6018 and the serial number is stamped in the front, right above the front axle pivot pin.
If the engine is original, get the serial number and specs from it. The engine gurus might help get you in the ball park.

Thanks, I will check it. It does have CCK18-MS/28031 the spec # is different than the 1 in the parts book I downloaded.
