Well making progress, put decals and reupholstered seat, found new old LME36 carb which solved surging problem with governor, runs well. Just little details, like finding round knob for FWD REV lever, making cover etc.

For round knob, if its something like the one on the PTO of my Case 155, I would check McMasters or similar. They have tons of different sizes:
