Uhhh ... NO, unless it is a case of 12, then ... well you decide at $12/qt. The P/N C32778 was in fact a case of 12.

We and the forum generally recommend 15W40 or 20W50 petroleum (synthetic is not necessary) motor oil for these tractors. I would use 20W50 in a loader and loader-backhoe. Case/Ingersoll never recommended synthetic, but as commercially available blends changed over the years, only synthetic was left in 20W40

The synthetic 20W40 is not longer available from Ingersoll, as the volume was just too low to justify any restocking.

Last we had checked, RoyalPurple continued to offer the 20W40 weight synthetic, but today I can't find it.

Regardless, I believe the concensus is clear ... the above petroleums are just fine.

If I was interested in this (I'm not) I would offer this "cat" 20.00 and move on. I have bought some nice things on Ebay with negotiations. Most that do this to attract attention. Obviously it worked.
