looks nice👌 did you wire them so they come on with the headlights? My former 1985 448, were I to do this again I would move the fender lights more to the rear. These lights were flood type with flexible plastic housings

Nice 👍. I would kinda like to make a box like thing on the front of the fender and put a light like this in thereSwitch on the panel that selected either sets of lighting. The key switch lights position powered this switch. View attachment 128809
Guess i could do that 🤔Ever consider a head lamp? (literally the ones that strap to your head) They make some pretty bright ones and they are always pointed where your eyes are pointed.I use one in addition to my LED headlights. Mine has become my go to "flashlight" whenever I work on anything as well.
Neither of those are bad ideas. It may just be me but i think it would be cool to have them on the front of the fenders cause it looks more like a tractor. I dont know. ThanksLocation, Location, Location. The closer the lights are to the front the better, IMHO. The further back you go, the more you are going to create shadows from the tractor itself.
I agree with Bob that lights mounted on the the front of the fender may be in the way for getting in and out of the seat. They would be for me...
What about mounted on the sides of the hood? (watch that exhaust)

How about making a U shaped bracket (using small angle or square tube) that attaches to the frame and comes up the sides of the hood to whatever height you want?

Good luck and send pictures.
Fender mounts will provide the best view of the tops of your thighs...Neither of those are bad ideas. It may just be me but i think it would be cool to have them on the front of the fenders cause it looks more like a tractor. I dont know. Thanks
i like mine:What about replacing the factory headlight housings with multi-bulb LED versions? You can get them for about $25, and they're... 6X brighter? maybe 10x brighter than the stock headlights?
And no extra structure to get bent/broken.
