Those that remember I picked up a 118 a few months back.
Well, its been sitting in a buddy's barn for a few months. I just got it yesterday.

All in all decent shape, going to need (as my wife put it) some "love"
Engine tin, carb and rectifiers are off, but it spins and seems to have compression.
I'll work on some pics if I can.

Best part of it is .....more manuals.
Tom I recall not seeing one for the 118 (Cat No A1227, replaces 1227), well we got one now (once I scan it in)
Also manuals # (love the old manuals that go into such great detail!)
S1232 (attachements- Mower, caster, utility blade, bagger)
9-50391- Steering and Front axle all models
9-50241 Transaxle 117 & 118 tractors
9-50622 Servicing V-Belt Drives
9-50371 Hydrostatic Transmission Compact Tractors
9-50262 Briggs and Stratton Engine
8-55130 Troubleshooting the engine (Ingersoll)
9-50221 Electrical System 108-118 tractors

So for the group, more manuals!

9-50241 Transaxle 117 & 118 tractors We have 9-50231 in the Library. Are you sure about the manual number you posted?

I compared your list of manuals to what we have in the Library currently and edited out the duplicates. We would be pleased to receive A1227, S1232 and possibly 9-50241 if that is the correct manual number. Thanks for all your kind assistance toward increasing the volume of materials available to our members.

Guess I gotta get pics and scans now.. :eh:
Tom,
Yeah, that # is correct. You can take a look at it and determine if its the same, just later revision as your #.
I wish I got this many manuals with my 444.

If the number is correct, then we would like to have it. I don't care if it is an earlier or later version. We want to post ALL versions because we feel it is important to do so.

Whenever you have the PDF's ready, let me know.
