It's a very RARE thing indeed to see a 4 digit tractor on offer for that kind of money. Finding another motor shouldn't be that hard but......even if you had to buy a new engine from one of the wholesalers, you'd still be ahead of the game providing you intended to keep the tractor and use it on a regular basis.

I wish I had joined the forum a little sooner. I would have been a serious candidate for that machine. I have only recently added Case and Ingersoll to my daily searches. For just over $200 it would not have hurt financially and I could have just stored her away until engine funds could build........

Until now I have been to intimidated by these machines to buy one needing work because I know next to nothing about them, but I think I know of a place that may be able to help me out now if needed. :thumbup:
