OK....

Let's do the math.

Nice splitter. easily worth $1000.00 but I've seen them sell for $800.00

Old utility blade of unknown condition - $100.00

Old dump cart of unknown condition - $100.00 tops

I see $1000.00 to $1200.00 in the above.

What I don't see is $1300.00 to $1500.00 in the tractor and deck.

I might see $500.00 in it, though.

Hmmmm. The math does not work for me but perhaps it works for you.

This tractor, and equipment was sold once on craigs list for $1800, with a 5X8 trailer to haul it on. Then listed for $2500 minus the 5X8, now listed for barter. I looked at it. G'boro only about an hour from me. I walked away.

Setting aside spelling, the seller states: "all works off dydraulics" which one can assume the seller is eluding that even the 40" mow deck is hydraulic, is that possible?

From the picture one see's a what might be a hydraulic hose hanging out the wagon but the center pulley on the deck appears to be a normal belt powered deck.

The Seller has created a very poor listing in every sense. I highly doubt that this tractor has a hydraulic deck on it.

However...that's not what you asked.

Yes... it is possible to make a hydraulic deck but it is not an inexpensive proposition. Aside from the fabrication time, you will need a motor, coupler, motor mount, hoses, quick couplers, a motor control valve and various hydraulic fittings.

That's not a hydraulic deck. Those are a pretty rare find and like Tom said it's not cheap to put one together if you want to make one.

If you're tractor already has a PTO and you have a spare hydraulic motor sitting around it might be.
