Thank you so much for the warm welcome and helpful hints. I have been spending the last few days just reading all the FAQ sections and learning how to navigate my way around the site and forum. I finally figured out how to return to this page and check my active posts. So I apologize for not replying sooner but this is really my first experience on forums except for my brief time on tractorbynet and then hydriv invited me here which I'm very grateful for. I've learned so much these last few nights and can't say how many times I woke up last night with my iPhone on my face (haha). I'm also new to the whole mechanics scene but have been dying for years to start learning. I will post a pic of my tractor as soon as I figure out how. Thanks again guys for that warm welcome. Look forward to chatting in the future.

Welcome Doc. As you are finding out, there is a wealth of great information available on this website as well as with the many members. I have a '78 446 and have asked many questions of the members here and have always gotten quality and timely feedback. And, don't worry about asking "dumb" questions on this forum. I have probably already asked them!
