Hello,

Just joining to get information and ask lots of questions. Moved out of the city and bought 40 acres to start a micro farm. About 20 acres with hardwood and 20 acres of pasture/unused field for the past 15 years.

I currently have a JI Case 530C Utility tractor and a John Deere GT245 garden tractor. Not too many attachments yet, working on that. I am also looking for (as is most everyone else here) old CHEAP tractors to restore. One of the reasons for coming to this forum is to learn about the Case garden tractors. Thought it would be neat to have a mate to the 530.

Talk to ya soon

Hi Tom and welcome aboard.
Sounds like you need a 100 series to keep your 530 company. The 120, 130, 150, 155, 190 and 195 have styling similar to your field tractor, though the later 200 and 400 series are more practical from a parts and attachments standpoint.

Tom welcome to the site, we're glad you joined! You will get the questions you need answered here regarding CCI GT and LT tractors. We have a fine group of very knowledgable and helpful members. Please feel at home, take a look around and be sure to check out the comprehensive Technical Library. Would love to see pics of your micro farm. I did a post on Homesteads and Acreage viewtopic.php?f=13&t=367&hilit=homesteads if you feel obliged. Enjoy the site! :222: :446: Best Regards, Rich
