I can't wait to see how it turns out!

I've often mused about a nice little Kubota or Yanmar diesel swap myself. But there's nothing wrong with my 20hp Linamar/Onan, so it would be entirely unjustified!

It seems to me that the biggest hurdles are the extra length that the radiator demands, in conjunction with working out the precise location and particulars of the PTO pulley.

If you can make that all happen without lengthening the frame, it'll be very impressive!
