Re: s.o.s.

I've never seen that one before. It looks to be a complete custom that possibly uses a mix of garden tractor components and standard Ag parts that may have been cut down to scale. Too bad there are not more photos from different angles.

Wish I could help but I can't.

That's better.

First off, it has to be an articulated that is using 400 series trans-axles and rims. It appears that a fair amount of a GT frame has been used including the dash tower and steering wheel. Hard to say what the power under the hood is. What was evident in the first photo that Kate showed was a strip down the hood. As I suspected, the grille and hood was taken from a 30 series and trimmed in a few key spots to make it look correct.

Very nice. If someone can track this guy down, we should bring him here to do some 'splainin".

I heard two diff shows...I heard it was in Penfield at the I & I show, but I was there and didn't see anything that looked like THAT, and I was set up in the GT area.
I also heard it was at the Half Century show in Rantoul, but I was there and it was not. There was a John Deere that was articulated, but no such Case.
I'm going to hunt that sucker down. It's pretty unique! I love tractors in their original state, but when someone has THIS kinds of talent, I think they deserve recognition.

A year or two ago there were pics of this and the one next to it and some discussion on another group. If my mind serves me correctly, they were built by a chap that has the capability of doing very nice custom detailed parts to complete this class of machine.

Bump Has anyone figured out who owns it yet? It would be great to hear the story behind it. Pics of the build would be great too. :headscratcher:
YES......I tracked down the party responsible for the build and forwarded that information to Kate months back. Hopefully, Brandon will go to this man's farm and do a complete story on him and his tractors.
