Yes there are some Canadians that have found and purchased some of these fantastic CASE GT's. They are somewhat rare in these parts but are out there. I am running a 1981 448 :446: that I picked up at an estate auction a couple of summers ago. Has a 44 inch left hand deck, 54" snow/gravel blade, J80 snocaster and a tiller. Just put the chains on today and finished servicing it then took it over to the neighbours and impressed her as well as myself. Nice to see the NEW GROUP up and running. Lets hope that it stays on the Tractor related stuff and not the BS that was found on some other groups. If it gets to the BS and other penny ante stuff then I am gone. Again good stuff on getting the site up and running and good luck to the moderators!!!! :winterrules: Oh Yea HAPPY NEW YEAR :trink: to all!!!

That sounds like a really nice package you have Mackinghorn, welcome to the group. I am pledging to be 100% BS free for the new year, well....99% at least.

Would love to see some pictures and hear more about how your machine makes life easier for you.

Happy New Year to you as well.
Welcome to the group. It is great to see the many Canadian brothers joining. As to the BS. Since you chose to include that in your very first post, I am assuming that you have experienced it first hand. As a Moderator I would like to hear about your experiences and what you consider BS. Please PM me and we can discuss it. But, also understand that we are just starting out, and there is going to be some growing pains which likely will include some BS. So give us a chance to grow, offer some suggestions and stick around before you pull the trigger. I think you will like what you find here.
Welcome Mackinghorn, glad to have you with us.It's good to see another Canadian on aboard.

Welcome to the group. Nice to have another Canadian on board.

If you notice, we have set up specific forums for discussions. I'm not sure what you classify as BS but we do have an OFF TOPIC section for anything that is NOT tractor related. Since there are 12 other forums/sections for YOU, then avoiding the BS is as simple as not clicking on the Off Topic board. We think that the 12 to 1 ratio should be more than enough to keep the members happy. How about you?
Mackinghorn: Welcome to the group. :trink: The Case 448 is a real nice tractor. Would love to see some pics. :222: :446: Best Regards, Rich
