So I HAD TO let her go...my 3016 that is.
Just TOO MANY bills and with the wife laid-off it simply had to be done.
I'll MISS IT! and...I put ENDLESS hours into making it what it was. BUT...I learned a lot and I am now BACK IN THE MARKET and GT Shopping.
In case anyone is interested I got $4600 for her.
I'm looking to replace it with another machine...hopefully a 4000 series Ingersoll with a Blower. I'm looking to spend about $1500.
If anyone knows of a good deal in my neck of the woods, gimme a shout!

Farewell baby!

Creekhed 1: Glad you sold it given those circumstances. You did well IMHOP.   I think if you really shop around you'll get something real nice with $1500 and be back in action with some bucks in the bank. Seems to be some good buys upstate NY from time to time. So will the new owner be joining CCI if you don't mind me askin'?

I'm not sure what it looked like when you got it but it certainly looks good in the photo. The next one you restore will go a lot faster and, most likely, be even better. For $1500 you should be able to pick up two and start breeding them. :sidelaugh: :sidelaugh:

Thanks. It was just the cab and deck that needed attention...but I gave them A LOT of attention!
and... I MADE sure the new owner had the CCI web address. I went on and on about the site, so I would NOT be at all surprised to see him around here soon.

As for me... I'll hopefully be able to find someting nice for a reasonable amount and then it starts all over again! :446:
