DEAL OF THE DAY.....
I'll say it is. The plow blade is worth $200.00 if it is in half-decent shape.
A complete 446 for $100.00 is a steal. Spend a grand to do a complete and proper rebuild on the engine and you end up with a twenty-year tractor that will do everything a new $8000.00 one will do.
