IMO, that's a very good deal.

The chains alone have to be worth $75.00 because they look to be a lot heavier construction than the chains I've encountered for the Case tractors.

For sure, the RimGuard is also worth $75.00 so you are getting a pair of 15" rims and a pair of R4 bar tread tires for $25.00 more.

Anyone with a 400 or 4000 can use these because the bolt pattern is the same. The rims will take stock wheel weights as well.
