Hi
I am looking for just the subframe for a Bercomac snowblower for my Case 446... The one I was told would work will not because of the CW rotation..

Thanks in advance...

No I am glad I check into it.. I am still looking for a subframe for a Bercomac for a 3000 or 4000 series. If I could find a used one that I could convert to the right rotation..

Any ideas...

I can't see making the changes will work. This is totally different than the Case Blower changeover.

I'm considering Hydraulic Drive.

OK>...........I'll bite. In what way is this different?

Berco makes a mounting system to adapt their universal blower to a 4 digit Ingersoll. Do we agree on that?

All of the Letter snowcasters and all of the SB series snowcaster will fit on any 3 digit tractor or 4 digit tractor. Correct?

And the only real difference between the SB's and the Letter blowers has to do with belt direction.. Yes?

So isn't it logical to conclude that all Greg has to do is change the belt rotation direction on the Berco harness, in the same manner as has already been done on Letter snowcasters, in order to solve this problem?

What am I missing?

I agree with that. :drinkbuddies:

That's what I thought.

What am I missing? I will try. As I'm sitting on the seat of the tractor the pulley on the Case pulley is Parallel (?) I see the Groove ,on the Berco I see the complete face of the pulley and this pulley needs to turn CW and getting my belt to pull down on the right side needs a crossover in the mule drive. It didn't seem workable to me. :headscratcher: Hope this helps. :trink:

The only reason I need is Berco is to get the snow in the neighbors yard.. HA.. I need to move the snow out of the way because we get dumped on hard here (well not this year Thank god) and I have issues with drifting and I would need to put like 400 ft of snow fence which isnt an option. And getting a plow is not an option because I am having my driveway opened and my lawn landscaped (landscraped) at the same time.. and it is 30.00 a whack for 15 to 30 minutes.. HMM I am in the wrong business..
I am a little anal when it come to my things and I JUST a Berco to get the damn snow out of the driveway so it melts away from the driveway and front of the house..
Well that is my 2 cents and if I could find a used blower I would buy an new Berco drive that way it wouldnt hurt so bad to do the mods to make it work..

Well I am off this week and hopefully I can start getting my tractor back together...

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance
