Hi all, I just got a 1974 444 with blade and mower deck. I already got to push snow a couple times and I have to say this tractor is awesome. I think I'm really going to enjoy cherrying out this little rig. I plan to install a valve for the PTO, possibly make a hitch and aquire/build some attachments. My wife, daughter and I hope to use this rig for some chores around our little 5acre hobby farm.

I got to spend several years as mechanic at a Toro/Ariens/Kubota/Ford dealer, and surprised to say I never saw a case come in there. Seeing how these things are built I think I can see why. Anyway, I look forward to learning more and researching from the forum and possibly making some new friends here.

Cheers, Ben Harlow

Welcome aboard, Ben. Not a lot of these machines out West, so extra glad to have you here ...

Ben, welcome to the group. If the mood strikes post a pic or two of your new machine in the Case Tractor Forum when you are settled in.

Hi Rob, I'm in Moscow surrounded by wheat and garbonzos... Good to know there is someone kind of close to talk shop.
Hey Bbob!
Nice to have you here.

Ben and Rob,

If you guys are ever traveling through Bend, OR let me know. I live out east of town.

I've never seen any CCI tractors here. I actually found my '74 446 outside of Seattle and my '75 446 just north of Boise. ( Both found spring of '09 and both non running at time of purchase)
