Thank you for the kind welcome,
The 444 I've had for years and a still a work horse.
The 446 on the other hand I just bought will need some love to get it running right, so here goes...
This site will be a huge help I'm sure.

Okay well here goes with the pictures,

Wheel Tire Land vehicle Vehicle Automotive tire
Motor vehicle Hood Automotive tire Automotive design Automotive exterior

The 444 gets used around the yard pulling mama's garden cart, lawn sweeper etc. The thing just wont die.
The 446 I purchased recently, it came with mower, snow thrower and roto tiller. Its undergone a head decarb, valve check and reset, carb clean and points and condenser check.
Its running with 90-95 psi compression but wont run full throttle without 3/4 choke. I have high hopes for this tractor. We will see.
Learning lots about these tractors on this site.

You need to get a full set of engine tins on that 446. They are critical to cooling it properly. Without them, you are going to have problems, most likely with the valves.

Been there done that.
