I just found this forum today.......and I already spend too much time on another tractor forum!
I spent a little time looking around here & I recognize a few guys from over there.
My whole "affliction" with this brand of tractors started when I got my first Case 444 .....free from my dad. In less than 6 months after that I had aquired another 444 & an Ingersoll 4016PS. I also have a Ford LGT165 and a box store pos Troy Built.
My Ingersoll has been getting the most attention lately.

Yes Al... you are right. You spend way too much time on MTF but we can help you with that problem.

If you stop going there and instead, come here... then you will get CORRECT answers to your tractor questions plus...you will have access to the largest Colt, Case and Ingersoll library of manuals found anywhere on the internet and it continues to grow every week. Now I don't expect you to agree with my statements immediately but I do expect you to stick around long enough to figure it out for yourself. :sidelaugh: :sidelaugh:

What I don't understand is this. Why did it take you so long to get here?

Tom.... also know as the person who bans members for no good reason according to that ass Kungdrew. :sidelaugh: :canada:

Implying that PT is the anonymous man behind the wheel in Duel is a little harsh ... could be your location in the world is not quite as anonymous as you believe ...

No such implication Brian, but you have to admit that's a cool old Pete. The photo is actually of the surviving second-unit truck (backup to the star truck) from the movie. I loved the sound of the six-bits Cummins that they dubbed in on the movie, there isn't a better sounding engine anywhere.

Is that a new Granite? Those are supposed to be a good truck, but they have some big shoes to fill with the discontinuation of the RD. Seems like everyone ran R models up in the northeast, so I'm sure they expect the same rugged build from the new truck. I'm sure the comfort level is greatly improved though.
