Hi All, This is my first time on this forum.
I have a Case Ingersoll 446 with an Onan engine B43M-G16/3622A. The hour meter shows 386 hours, but don't know for sure if that is accurate. I think the 446 is a 1985 model based on the 446 serial number. I just acquired it.

Oil is coming up into the air filter pan. What does this indicate? Is there an oil additive that can prevent that or is it more serious? It does not blow smoke while starting or running. The exhaust would appear normal.

Thank you for your insight and advice. Very much appreciated! Norman, Beulah, Michigan[/font]
