Ok so on Friday I painted some parts for one of my projects. I sprayed a tack coat and then a wet coat but now think I may have went a little to light on the wet coat so I would like to lay down another good coat on the parts. Now my question is, since the paint has been drying for 3 days do I need to wet sand or scotch brite the paint thats on there or can I just wipe it down good and spray it again?

What works good for me is I scuff it up enough to take the shine off the new paint and that seems to do the trick. Just be sure to let the paint dry enough before sanding or spraying over it. Patience is the key for painting at least for me.
