I have a hydraulic question.

I am wondering if it is possible to add a 2nd Travel Control Valve on my tractor that is equipped with a Flow Control Valve. I would like to plumb the 2nd TCV so the lift mechanism still works while I using the Flow Control.

Is it possible? I am scratching my head on this.

Thank you,
Dave

If you have both sets of valves installed and you want to open the flow control (FC) valve only, exercise the 2nd tcv. This has a 1/16″ orifice on it to provide a reduced flow rate.

You could add to the EX port, which is the green line going to reservoir in the diagrams. You will only get flow at reduced ground speed when the flow control is bypassing. Turn the pressure down on the added valve, or install a system relief from outlet of pump to tank; I don't know why Case didn't do that.
