Let's see now.... we have 362 members but less than 40 actually have an "opinion"???????

How can that be?

The Poll is a secret ballot guys. It's a "report card" on how well we are doing. The site exists for YOU and because of YOU. If you don't tell us what you think, then how will WE learn?

VOTE.....DAMMIT ..... but vote with honesty and conviction. :sidelaugh: :sidelaugh:

I like the large font size. The text color and background color make it an easy read for me. I like the "thanks for the post" feature. It's nice for a Case noob like myself to be able to give a quick "thanks" to a poster for info/explanations without disturbing the flow of a thread. I don't have much time logged but I like the set up so far.

As far as the site is concerned. I guess opinions are going to vary based on what one likes. If one has the time to visit each section of the forum, then they will like what it has to offer and how it is set up. Since the forum is base on case, colt, ingersoll and the engines they use, it is well maintained and easy to follow. Provided you have the time to open each section of the forum up that shows there are new messages posted with in that category. Since the group is very active which is a great thing, if you leave the group and then return, your sure you see on the left side of the page that there has been many new messages posted in the categories. so you have to open each category back up to see if there is a topic of interest to you.

this being said, the forum is very active and informative for case, colt, ingersoll enthusiast.

Now for a person such as myself who is involved in many Yahoo type forums, find it much easier to keep up with the different topics, only because once you open the message archives, you can view it a couple of different ways. You can group the messages by topic, you can just read them as they were posted, or you can expand them to see what each topic is about. The only reason this is best for me is because I own and moderate 40 plus groups and forums, and time is of importance.

But now saying all of this, I enjoy the forums as well. I just save it for last to read so I can take my time to few the different categories.

all and all the forum has just enough to be interesting for all who are members. And not to much to be over bearing.

Great job guy's keep up the great work. There is no doubt in my mind that this forum will be the leading casecoltingersoll forum before to long

The only reason I posted a reply is just to explain my vote.

Thanks for creating it

You can do the same things here as well Joe. If you look in the top right of your screen underneath your user control panel you'll see 3 links.

They say View unread posts|View new posts|View your posts. Clicking on them will let you sort the board in a different way that you're more used to.

You can also subscribe to threads in your user control panel. Subscribing to a thread will get an email sent to you after someone posts a reply in a thread that you're watching
or have made a reply in yourself.

What I like is that the site is Case specific. No extra navigation around the site looking for information about my tractor, it's all there is.
Like the man said, it's all in one easy to navigate site, Besides that, your faqs, and rules are laid out for easy understanding. I think you guys are on a real roll here, and I see a lot of good times ahead.

Best of luck, George
