Presumably "blower attachment" means "snowcaster".
This is one that I would go and look at, on the off chance that there is more to this than just the silly wording in the ad. Far too many people have no clue about these tractors. Maybe it is, just as he says it is but maybe it has wheel weights, chains, 3 pt hitch, rear PTO and FCV.
You just don't know and I never ask in advance either because that tips off the Seller and puts you in a weaker position. It's best to just go there, see what it is, assess it and then make an offer.
