Most likely, you read about that on MTdF, hence your concern over asking about it. One particular person on MTF created that shitstorm and it rolled over to another forum shortly after. If it puts your mind at ease, that person is not a member of this forum nor will he ever be.
Currently, there is one known TORQ 644. There are no production numbers to consult so who knows how many were made, let alone how many still exist or where they are. There are no photos that I'm aware of, however I suppose I could try to get some since I not only know the person who owns that TORQ but I've also had a long conversation with him.
I suggest that you just quietlTy go and see the barn find. I think that upon seeing it, you should be able to tell if it is a TORQ or it is not, just by the decals. This should be a red and yellow tractor. Get the serial number and PM it to me. After all, you have your own tractor to compare it to.
Now....you know what loaders normally bring, thanks to the many discussions on this forum. If you want another 600 series, then inspect it carefully and try to buy it as cheap as you can, no matter what the decals indicate.
