WTF is wrong with some people? He felt the need to paint it silver for VISIBILTY? I guess the sound of a tractor running at full throttle AND the sight and sound of snow whipping through the auger wasnt enough to get someones attention to a machine working in that area. I am willing to bet that the silver paint he used was from a rattle can too. :thumbdown:

I will watch this auction and see where it goes. I live within driving distance to the seller.

Mr Tinman we found your snowcaster, perhaps the seller is the Wizard.

If you look at the shoot you can see where the old paint was not sanded/feathered down.

I looked at it on CL a week back, I would be all over it if it was the smaller model. I think the 48 will be too big for the 222.

That would depend on what kind of snow you get, how much falls on a regular basis and how strong your Kohler is. The 48 was approved for the 224 but I have heard back from 222 owners who are quite happy with the big blower. If that one is close, then the price isn't out of line.

For sure, the paint is a horror but that's something that can be taken care of in June or July.

Im not sure but i think it was fabricated all out of stainless steal so it :shock: wont rust and last forever. My eyes are not to good. :shock: :shock:

I`m still struggling with the difference between Power Red and A/C Orange...

I guess that`s why the War Department picks out the interior paint colors
