I have a problem with my starter drive and I am having difficulty removing the top bolt for the starter , which is directly behind the clutch for the starter drive. . It is a Briggs and Stratton Model 303447 engine. Has anyone had experience replacing the starter on this model and is there a special tool needed to get this off?

Pay note to shallow socket 12 mm 1/4 inch drive I would make my trip by harbor freight mind full image you may get set metric less than half that price.
