I think that I'm flattered that a big wheel Case was chosen for this project over all the other brands that were available. I'm sure that the builder had his reasons.

In my opinion, the asking price seems very reasonable when you consider the amount of work along with the cost to create this novel piece of equipment. I'd much sooner see this done with a Case than to watch a bunch of brats deliberately destroying tractors on Youtube.

Would that not be a cool unit for parades? Would youngsters not have a blast riding in the cars and waving to people during the parade?

The thing is....it exists. Someone will hopefully snap it up, restore the train and then make a lot of people happy with it. The tractor will always be there when the fun is finally over for the train.

Being what is called a "railfan", I dig this thing. I've seen another one a while back, craftsman lt as the engine. It had a longer consist but I don't believe they were for passengers. My only critique is that the builder should have went one step further and added simulated drivers that actually moved. You've got the big tires and it would work nicely. Very cool indeed.

I kind of like that "train". I plan on making a trailer this summer to bring my kids and my nieces around the neighborhood on Halloween. Another guy in town does it with his Deere and I need to show him up this year with a better tractor and bigger trailer.
